Where The Self Lives…
Over the years, you build an awareness of self: who you are, what you like and dislike, how you feel about things. This is the mind of da’at—a place of consciousness, of knowing and feeling “I exist.” It is the most visceral of minds, closely linked to the emotions.
Consciousness is not evil. The problem is the way a human enters into his consciousness and identifies with it. What is actually only an awareness of self becomes your actualself. This is the act of self-imprisonment, as you become trapped in a tight cell of self-definition.
The path of inner Torah leads you to reach beyond this conscious state to an essential self that is one with the Infinite. This is the act of liberation from a personal Egypt, which Torah makes possible on a daily basis.

Encompass Emptiness! :)
Our mind needs to stretch to encompass emptiness. Our minds are so stuck in the idea, “Things exist the way they appear to me. What I see is reality. It is 100 percent true. There’s nothing to doubt. Things exist exactly as they appear to my senses, exactly as they appear to my mental consciousness.” We hardly ever doubt that. Not only do we have the appearance of inherent existence to our sense consciousnesses and mental consciousness, but also our mental consciousness grasps on to that appearance and says, “Yes! Everything really exists in this findable, independent way. Everything is real as it appears to me.”
When we believe there’s a real “me,” then we have to protect that self and bring it happiness. Thus, we are attached to things that are pleasurable and become angry at anything unpleasant. Pride, jealousy, laziness, and the whole gamut of negative emotions follow. Motivated by these, we act physically, verbally, and mentally. These actions, or karma, leave seeds on our mindstream, and when these ripen, they influence what we experience. We again relate to these experiences ignorantly, so more emotions arise, motivating us to create more karma. As a result, cyclic existence with all its difficulties continues on and on, created by our mind, dependent on the ignorance that misconceives the nature of ourselves and all other phenomena.
…However, when we investigate more deeply and look beyond appearances, we realize that it’s impossible for things to exist in the way they appear. Seeing this gives us a kind of spaciousness and freedom because, if samsara were inherently existent and everything really did exist the way it appears to us, then transformation and change could not occur…and the best we could ever have is what we have right now. Thinking about the emptiness of inherent existence shows us the possibility for change. Beauty can come forth because nothing is inherently concrete, fixed, or findable.(p.105)

Nature’s law dictates that, in order to survive, bees must work together. As a result, they instinctively possess a sense of social responsibility. They have no constitution, no law, no police, no religion or moral training, but because of their nature, they labor faithfully together. Occasionally, they may fight, but in general, based on cooperation, the whole colony survives.
We human beings have a constitution, laws and a police force. We have religion, remarkable intelligence and a heart with a great capacity for love. We have many extraordinary qualities, but in actual practice, I think we are lagging behind those small insects. In some respects I feel we are poorer than the bees.
Don’t Incinerate Yourself With Worry!
Do you see that things are changing rapidly? Those things that have appeared to be keeping us from our Destiny are dropping off quickly. So, if you see your job changing, your relationships transforming, your impulse to change your location, your way of lightening your emotional load, and so much more changing, please, oh please don’t incinerate yourself with worry.
Oh, no. Worry will take you out of the flow, out of the dance. If you go with what seems “logical” to you, you will certainly miss the reality of what is happening.
You are an extraordinarily integral part to this change-over to the Aquarian. Never, ever believe that you are less than a truly important “piece to the Aquarian puzzle.” In your depths, you are magnificent. And so what doesn’t work for the Aquarian will fall away. So be very, very sure that you do not try to hold onto situations, character “flaws”, imaginings, stuff, relationships, ideas of hurt and anger, blaming, fear, forces that defy you in your temple of Being, and so much more.
You are the receptacle of forces — the Creative, and of the forces of the Divine, the Creator. You live through the grace of those forces.
And as we move into this great new dimension of time and space, you will find that anything that you try to hang onto but which challenges this incoming “Aquarian Dimension” will simply backfire in your face.
You will find that you cannot hold onto that which cheats you of your Divinity and others of their holiness.
Please be very aware that nothing can hurt you because you are the Infinity. What could possibly impale the Infinite? Now you must understand that in its deepest terms. This is the time to fully understand that your body and your mind are fictions of the Infinite. So, if your main thrust is to protect these fictions, you will be left out.
But if your promise is to use these fictions of body and mind in total, happy service to this Infinite Consciousness, that is how you will connect entirely in this Aquarian Dimension. This is how the Infinite can serve the implements of Its own fiction. This may be a little hard to wrap your head around, but this is what it will take to fully grasp the Aquarian.
As you have heard in every religion, every spiritual endeavor, as you surrender, as you sacrifice your own needs, wants, desires, drop holding to certain rigid standards, let go of your own “head,” you will increase your ability to dance with the Infinite, to join fully and freely in the Will of that exquisite Consciousness. This is the pure joy of the ride!
You surrender totally so that you can ride, ride, ride the constant wave of the Impeccable unselfconsciously.
This is so that you can shine the Light of greatness, of healing, of grace through you to all who would receive it. Laugh, dance and sing!
Yes, this is quite the most noble act, but it is also the most Selfish because you want nothing less than to be totally con-joined with the bliss, the beauty, the will and flow of the Divine Creator. That is pure happiness, no matter what else could be happening that may seem contrary.
Flow, live, love and dance with all of that bright Light that flows through you.
Watch and be happy. Follow Its purified impulses, no matter how very strange you might judge them to be, and don’t forget to Love the One in everyone. 🙂

In a moment, I asked myself, “Is there space 4hideousness? Is there space 4shame & terror? Yes. Yes, there is. There’s room 4it all. End of story.”
In that instant, my attention turned away from a random story I was telling myself to the spaciousness of my being. I was freshly at home, where we always are!
Just like the stars and the fireflies. 🙂
In knowing who I am in truth, there is nothing to fear. No emotion, no thought, no loss can trample the truth of my being.
The inherent, ever present peace of the open heart is the true sanctuary.
Not that I can avoid pain as a human being, but when it comes, I can be true to the recognition —> the heart gracefully, peacefully holds it all in love, and for me that is living freely and living consciously.

The Lesson
HATE
(Darkness/Death)
Begin with toxic, one-minute falsehoods
Amazed to see stars in your eyes and mine
Truth appears to flicker. I’m going to let it shine.
Wanting to hide because I questioned its purpose and its strength
Every turn’s a new path. I’m attuned and need to go the length.
Constant changes abound. I must stay firmly planted in the ground.
Will I? Can I?
Focus and pay attention while going different speeds and lengths.
My body slows down and inside energy strengthens, finally without haste.
Great strides are found in movement, as intimacy inside grows.
I’m learning a new lesson on you and me, since I‘d rarely experienced the rose.
Others had control with their harming characters, tastes, and lies.
I’d followed in their footsteps, not comprehending my reactions and sighs.
Trust myself, my inner soul? It had had no chance to grow.
Until it’s voice like music echoed and my spirit could ultimately know.
The melody it plays is lovely, and very delicate in its form.
It’s new exploration and life in this world is something just being born.
The love it feels (and lightness contained) at last can be up hurled.
Beginning to freely be expressed on its flight is better than being curled.
The pain I had had when I was putting, all of the parts of the Universe together,
Can now be blown and strewn out and about by a vacuum and a feather.
And so now the lesson will be continued ‘till the end of my ‘dying’ day,
Complete with a newly arranged and bordered path, glued and molded specifically each way.
The wealth of beautiful pieces are now stretching out before me,
It makes this unusual adventure more meaningful, and one that will always adorn me.
The work completed in this incredible lesson has proved very interesting indeed.
I have learned to play and balance the pieces, as pleasure and truth are perceived.
It’s like walking through the fire slowly and embracing all the flames, as the energy and light contained are a goal and constant aim.
For me to make intense grueling pain transform itself into pleasure,
I must have a gift of spirit (now held) which forever I always will treasure!
From death new heights can ultimately emerge and give rise to a brightly lit flame. Interesting, exciting, and down the path from the experiences and feelings I gain.
The yellow brick pebbles I am traveling on do not form a swamp or pit anymore.
Entertaining all day and breathing deeply at night have not allowed for my heart to get sore.
The paradoxes of life are unveiled to me as I keep learning life’s lessons of love.
Using darkness and pain, potholes of dreams are sewn up, with compassionate loving light so beloved.
