Don’t Incinerate Yourself With Worry!
Do you see that things are changing rapidly? Those things that have appeared to be keeping us from our Destiny are dropping off quickly. So, if you see your job changing, your relationships transforming, your impulse to change your location, your way of lightening your emotional load, and so much more changing, please, oh please don’t incinerate yourself with worry.
Oh, no. Worry will take you out of the flow, out of the dance. If you go with what seems “logical” to you, you will certainly miss the reality of what is happening.
You are an extraordinarily integral part to this change-over to the Aquarian. Never, ever believe that you are less than a truly important “piece to the Aquarian puzzle.” In your depths, you are magnificent. And so what doesn’t work for the Aquarian will fall away. So be very, very sure that you do not try to hold onto situations, character “flaws”, imaginings, stuff, relationships, ideas of hurt and anger, blaming, fear, forces that defy you in your temple of Being, and so much more.
You are the receptacle of forces — the Creative, and of the forces of the Divine, the Creator. You live through the grace of those forces.
And as we move into this great new dimension of time and space, you will find that anything that you try to hang onto but which challenges this incoming “Aquarian Dimension” will simply backfire in your face.
You will find that you cannot hold onto that which cheats you of your Divinity and others of their holiness.
Please be very aware that nothing can hurt you because you are the Infinity. What could possibly impale the Infinite? Now you must understand that in its deepest terms. This is the time to fully understand that your body and your mind are fictions of the Infinite. So, if your main thrust is to protect these fictions, you will be left out.
But if your promise is to use these fictions of body and mind in total, happy service to this Infinite Consciousness, that is how you will connect entirely in this Aquarian Dimension. This is how the Infinite can serve the implements of Its own fiction. This may be a little hard to wrap your head around, but this is what it will take to fully grasp the Aquarian.
As you have heard in every religion, every spiritual endeavor, as you surrender, as you sacrifice your own needs, wants, desires, drop holding to certain rigid standards, let go of your own “head,” you will increase your ability to dance with the Infinite, to join fully and freely in the Will of that exquisite Consciousness. This is the pure joy of the ride!
You surrender totally so that you can ride, ride, ride the constant wave of the Impeccable unselfconsciously.
This is so that you can shine the Light of greatness, of healing, of grace through you to all who would receive it. Laugh, dance and sing!
Yes, this is quite the most noble act, but it is also the most Selfish because you want nothing less than to be totally con-joined with the bliss, the beauty, the will and flow of the Divine Creator. That is pure happiness, no matter what else could be happening that may seem contrary.
Flow, live, love and dance with all of that bright Light that flows through you.
Watch and be happy. Follow Its purified impulses, no matter how very strange you might judge them to be, and don’t forget to Love the One in everyone. ð

In that instant, my attention turned away from a random story I was telling myself to the spaciousness of my being. I was freshly at home, where we always are!

In knowing who I am in truth, there is nothing to fear. No emotion, no thought, no loss can trample the truth of my being.
The inherent, ever present peace of the open heart is the true sanctuary.
Not that I can avoid pain as a human being, but when it comes, I can be true to the recognition â> the heart gracefully, peacefully holds it all in love, and for me that is living freely and living consciously.

The Lesson
HATE
(Darkness/Death)
Begin with toxic, one-minute falsehoods
Amazed to see stars in your eyes and mine
Truth appears to flicker. Iâm going to let it shine.
Wanting to hide because I questioned its purpose and its strength
Every turnâs a new path. Iâm attuned and need to go the length.
Constant changes abound. I must stay firmly planted in the ground.
Will I? Can I?
Focus and pay attention while going different speeds and lengths.
My body slows down and inside energy strengthens, finally without haste.
Great strides are found in movement, as intimacy inside grows.
Iâm learning a new lesson on you and me, since Iâd rarely experienced the rose.
Others had control with their harming characters, tastes, and lies.
Iâd followed in their footsteps, not comprehending my reactions and sighs.
Trust myself, my inner soul? It had had no chance to grow.
Until itâs voice like music echoed and my spirit could ultimately know.
The melody it plays is lovely, and very delicate in its form.
Itâs new exploration and life in this world is something just being born.
The love it feels (and lightness contained) at last can be up hurled.
Beginning to freely be expressed on its flight is better than being curled.
The pain I had had when I was putting, all of the parts of the Universe together,
Can now be blown and strewn out and about by a vacuum and a feather.
And so now the lesson will be continued âtill the end of my âdyingâ day,
Complete with a newly arranged and bordered path, glued and molded specifically each way.
The wealth of beautiful pieces are now stretching out before me,
It makes this unusual adventure more meaningful, and one that will always adorn me.
The work completed in this incredible lesson has proved very interesting indeed.
I have learned to play and balance the pieces, as pleasure and truth are perceived.
Itâs like walking through the fire slowly and embracing all the flames, as the energy and light contained are a goal and constant aim.
For me to make intense grueling pain transform itself into pleasure,
I must have a gift of spirit (now held) which forever I always will treasure!
From death new heights can ultimately emerge and give rise to a brightly lit flame. Interesting, exciting, and down the path from the experiences and feelings I gain.
The yellow brick pebbles I am traveling on do not form a swamp or pit anymore.
Entertaining all day and breathing deeply at night have not allowed for my heart to get sore.
The paradoxes of life are unveiled to me as I keep learning lifeâs lessons of love.
Using darkness and pain, potholes of dreams are sewn up, with compassionate loving light so beloved.

Have you made a strong statement, issued a challenge, drew a line over a difficult issue, or did something else that was quite dramatic and which you may now be regretting?
You can’t take it back – your intentions were very clear after all.
Were you wrong?
Should you withdraw, apologize, and skulk away in the hope that it will all be forgotten in time?
No, you should not.
You may now be doubting yourself because of the enormity of something you’ve faced, but you are not wrong.
Stand by your guns, but do so with quiet conviction and understanding for anyone who doesn’t agree. ð

How has your life been?
For the next couple of weeks weâre in whatâs sometimes called a shadow phase.
- It began with the United States coming right up to the brink of default, as the Treasuryâs ability to borrow money ran out the very day of the station. Congress raised the debt ceiling just in the nick of time, but not before taking the world through a nauseating hostage situation. A few days later, the United States had its credit rating dropped by Standard & Poorâs, causing yet another wild ride on global stock markets.
Rick Perry, the governor of Texas, held a religious revival at Reliant Stadium in Houston, where he prayed for God to heal the economy, and declared his candidacy for the presidency. Many of his guest speakers believe that the world is ending, and that itâs their job to hasten the process along.
A Russian spacecraft blew up on its way to the International Space Station. Steve Jobs resigned as CEO of Apple Computer. And a rare East Coast earthquake, centered in the district of everyoneâs favorite congressman, Eric Cantor, shut down the cooling systems of the North Anna nuclear power station, which had to be shut down. The quake damaged the Washington Monument and the National Cathedral, and immobilized Amtrak up the eastern seaboard. Numerous nuclear power plants declared âunusual eventsâ but remained in operation. As all this winds down, Hurricane Irene is headed up the East Coast.
How has your life been?
Have you had the feeling of being backed into a corner, and the sensation of underground feelings being a little like steam inside a pressure cooker? These time can be mentally stressful, as rational thought has a tendency to collapse.
Where to from here? Forward, slowly. So slowly in fact that you start in the present, with a careful evaluation of where your life is now. In time things will come into focus as if the lens elements in a telescope are moving into precisely the right alignment to see something you were missing. The key is to look now. Assess the changes in your life, your relationships, your work and financial circumstances; assess what youâve learned, how youâve grown, and what has been damaged.
There is an opportunity for both growth and healing in the future; the common ground being focused awareness. ð
Is Anger Beneficial?
We generally consider something beneficial if it promotes happiness. But when we ask ourselves, “Am I happy when I’m angry?” the answer is undoubtedly no.
We may feel a surge of physical energy due to physiological reasons, but emotionally we feel miserable. Thus, from our own experience, we can see that anger does not promote happiness.
In addition, we don’t communicate well when we’re angry.
We may speak loudly as if the other person were hard of hearing or repeat what we say as if he had a bad memory, but this is not communication. Good communication involves expressing ourselves in a way that the other person understands. It is not simply dumping our feelings on the other. Good communication also includes expressing our feelings and thoughts with words, gestures, and examples that make sense to the other person. Under the sway of anger, however, we neither express ourselves as calmly nor think as clearly as usual.
Under the influence of anger, we also say and do things that we later regret. Years of trust built with great effort can be quickly damaged by a few moments of uncontrolled anger.
If we could tame our anger, such painful consequences could be avoided. ð
