It’s as though we live in a world where instant gratification is the expectation. At the same time, we’re all so distant from each other.
We communicate through text messages and email. We rely on cell phones in place of actual in-person meetings. And we live vicarious lives through reality TV.
You (as well as I) can have something we want very much now, but we can’t expect it to just materialize on our doorstep.
We’ll have to get it the old-fashioned way, and you know what that means.
And since it’s #TravelTuesday on Twitter, I’m wondering whether you have a map.
